The company’s first Power and Distribution
Transformer manufacturing unit was set up at
Balasore, Orissa in 1987. Today the fully
upgraded and technologically refined unit has a
modern production facility with an integrated
Quality Assurance system that ensures
zero-defect products.
Abhay's skilled technicians have years of
experience in production, maintenance and repair
of varied transformers. This experience,
combined with a qualified engineering staff,
provide customers with quality work done right
the first time in an efficient and cost
effective manner.
A continuing commitment to quality and customer

production lines with the most advanced
technologies, equipment and processes supported
by modern research and testing facilities.
Transformers are designed in-house as per
customer specifications and also standard
specifications for off-the-shelf delivericares.

repair, rewind, overhaul and test transformers
up to 10 MVA, 33 KV class.
Abhay is an ISO-9001 certified company. All test
equipment is state-of-the-art, with calibrations
kept current. Quality control procedures and
inspectors ensure the job is done right the
first time and every time. The company and its
sister concern have in-house manufacturing
facilities for major raw materials, including
CRGO Lamination, Tanks, Radiator, DPC wire and
Strip.
